Avani Doshi, Founder and Principal of A. Doshi LLC, is a licensed CPA and a Chartered Accountant from India with global business experience including 10+ years each based in Asia-Pacific (India and China) and the United States.  

Having worked in both, public accounting and industry, including a Big-4 firm, a Fortune 125 global manufacturer and with multiple small and medium-sized companies, she brings to the table a perspective that balances practical business-focused solutions with stringent compliance obligations.  

Her expertise spans the range of finance functions with emphasis on US GAAP, SEC and SOX compliance, FP&A, budgetary compliance and FX risk management. A multi-lingual executive, Avani has significant experience on projects related to capex investments and divestitures, transfer pricing, cross-border tax planning, capital market transactions, treasury operations, investor relations and external stakeholder reporting. 

Additionally, she has in-depth experience supervising managers, facilitating succession planning and has developed and conducted formal training sessions throughout her career.
